Our Instructors

We want to be brutally honest.

Our goal is to help you both understand and perform JKD to the best of your ability. You won’t get Bruce Lee like results without having the same legitimate source material that Lee used (Wing Chun and old-school, fencing based boxing) and sincere training. Our part is to give you the material and hopefully help with the motivation. Your part is to work hard. If you want to teach afterwards, that’s great, but not everyone that does JKD should and ought to be a teacher. A teacher loves sharing and inspiring others. That’s not exactly what fighting is about.

There’s no special program to get into; the material is the material. If you know it, can do it, and love helping others learn it too, then we’d be ecstatic to have you on our team. For more information on the path to becoming a teacher, or for further training get in touch with us.
